I live in Sioux Falls, SD but am trying to get close to my Kids & Grandkids in AZ. I’ve applied for voucher & put on waiting list here for apts, but I don’t want to stay in SD, I want to be near my kid. I was told by my neighbor that once a voucher is received that ì can use it anywhere. Is this true?Ty!
