No one takes vouchers

I have been on the wait-list for 5 years and 2 months ago I finally received my voucher and absolutely no one will take it. I’ve been in the same house with the same landlord for 14 years and she is selling and I have 2 weeks I’ve applied to every house on Zillow, rent apartment.com and no one will even speak to me about it. This is so stressful
