I pay 2000 for a one bedroom on second floor my son loves to stomp and jump a lot and have been getting complaints, my son has recently been diagnosed with autism by his doctor something I noticed my child was autistic since he was a little over 1yrs old . If I can’t find or get emergency housing I need help with at least deposit . I have my rent money that is not an issue I just need it to be In the eastbay as my kids just started school and have therapy after school I need something consistent .
