im disabled and i have a 17 year old and a 40 year old who has Cerebral Palsy and confined to a wheelchair. in need of affordable houing but has bot found any, have been trying to get help in Charlotte NC from the PHA but they will not assist me, im 55 years ild living without my child because he in a rehab center and me and my other child are living with someone and a uncomfortable. please assist
