I am 67 yrs old. I went on SS DISABILITY in 2013 after heart surgery. I am now on regular SS. I still have health issues but i am able to take some care of myself.
I am currently living in an hostel environment and need to find housing. I live in Santa Cruz County, California. I am well below the median for this area. I believe i am considered very low income. I am unable to find any affordable housing in this area.
I have never applied for low income or section 8 housing. I have no idea how to apply for those things. Where do i get application for these things?
