Hi I’m homeless in Los Angeles county I sleep were ever I can I have a hard time with the phones and keeping one I need help with somewhere to stay stable living I see people getting moved into hotels how can I get into one were do I get vouchers can someone help me asap please

Honestly,i think we all need simple straight instructions.please.displaced due to breakins.disabled 55 fixed income.please please help me.help all of us. Why is it confusing and difficult.like the one that pops up emergency help.how do i actually get home help asap please
