So i got emergency guardianship of 3 grandchildren i was staying between dover DE with my son and EastNewMarket MD with my daughter before i got my grandchildren. So when i got them they where living in the dover DE area so once the court took them fromm there mother i kept there schools i put them in mental health in dover De they are a mess they need it.also there other drs and friends so everyday while school was in i drove. An hour and 10 minutes in the am and an hour 10 minutes at night everyday still do for there appointments aand suchi went through called emailed text you name it with no help. So i just want to know what is a emergency housing vouchers because i have begged and all but thank you for your time.
