Disabled single white female, 48 year old mother of 2. Im participate of section 8 emergency voucher program due to domestic violence, car stolen, landlord & officials entered my home illegally & removed me-didnt let me get my medical equipment, im still without. I have caretaker through conduency. landlord made calls to city court officials, neighboring participants as well to comd choose what they wanted. This has caysed identity theft, sexual assault, harassment

Hello I received a message from your organization referencing safe housing for domestic violence victims, disabled woman and homeless help. Please advise what information I will need to send and to whom. I am the victim of all 3 and need assistance asap. Thanks look forward to speaking to someone that can actually assist me and not illegally have me fill paperwork out such as VAWA of Louisiana, director Danelle Lax, promising me up to $5000 relocation financial assistance only to find out from local lawyer that it is misuse of governmental funds. I never received any assistance, leading to homelessness, stolen car and all personal belongings stolen, loosing all doctors in which my medical conditions require immediate attention per frequent Emergency Room visits, evident bloodwork, 8 CT Scans within 8 weeks, PET scan, MRA, MRI (these test have been all requested by primary care physicians however due to loss of Medicaid in Louisiana with no reasoning I have lost all doctors, extremely important medications that need to be taken for serious medical conditions… due to unreliable transportation to get to doctor and pharmacy, illegal eviction of section 8 housing, domestic violence victim, rape and sexual assault victim, discrimination due to medical conditions and loss of all medical equipment which is required for me to function daily.
