I have my 2010e and it's been very hard obtaining housing with it. So what should I do. I'm at Odyssey Re-entry House transitional, which let's us stay 6-9 months. If we don't get a place to live their going to send us to the shelter. Can someone please?

I have my section 8 voucher and was accepted to Marlboro housing development and was told that my rent will be $1145.00 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. I’m in disbelief of this. How can I get help with this? Please someone give me some advice because I really really need it. Please
