My name is Erica and I have been on the waiting list for a voucher for 4 years I am disabled and I check in periodically with my PHA for emergency housing or vouchers the last conversation was basically him yelling at me telling me my information was incorrect wanting screenshots of my emails and basically telling me I will never get housing what do you do when this is the only person that can possibly help you and they refuse to even speak to you
